Delivery terms
Please note that all delivery costs will be calculated according to your total order value, and delivery times are taken from when your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch.
Standard deliveryFREE Standard delivery* on mainland UK orders over £15 (excl. VAT), normally £3.95. Your order will be delivered within 3-7 working days with delivery Mondays to Saturdays (excl. bank or public holidays). Orders below £15 (excl. VAT) will cost £3.95.
Express delivery**UK Mainland only. Express delivery is £7.95 and will be delivered within 2 working days from when the order is ready for dispatch with delivery Mondays to Saturdays (excl. bank or public holidays).
Overseas and non-mainland deliveriesEuropean and non-mainland UK delivery is £12.50 and Rest of World Delivery is £18.00. Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery and up to 14 working days for Rest of World. You will be responsible for the payment of any local import duties on receipt of your parcel.
** Please note our Express Delivery service is operated by our partner Royal Mail and may require a signature on delivery. Alternatively, delivery instructions must be provided when ordering to allow them to leave the parcel in a safe place.
Our products are shipped from the UK and sold on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis. With this in mind please be aware that you may have to pay Import Duty or a Formal Customs Entry Fee upon, or prior to, delivery. If you’re unsure how this will affect the overall cost of your order, please check your local legislation rules.
